Every item is handmade, so slight variations in color, shape, placement, piping, printing, and other details are normal. Frosted makes reasonable efforts to match requested colors, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

- Nationwide shipping may be available for eligible cookie orders.
- Cakes are not shipped.

- A deposit is required to place and book an order.
- Final payment dates are established at booking.
- All balances must be paid in full before custom work begins.
